Q: How do I track my order?
A: To track your order, please visit the My Account section and click on Order Status. If you have ordered as a Guest, please visit the Order Status page.

Q: How do I calculate delivery time for an order?
A: During checkout, we will show you the date range during which you can expect delivery of each item in your shopping cart. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting the My Account section or the Order Status page.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: It may be possible to cancel your order while it's being processed, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. Please contact a customer support representative at support@gearfrenzy.com.

Q: Can I return/exchange an item bought from Gear Frenzy?
A: Yes. Gear Frenzy wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to make returning or exchanging an item as easy as possible. You may return any unopened, unused merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If any merchandise is defective we can offer a full refund of the item, or we can send a replacement item out to the original shipping address. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges on any merchandise once it has been used, unless the item was defective upon delivery.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit or debit card on your site?
A: Absolutely! Gear Frenzy utilizes the latest in electronic and physical security to make sure you are protected. Personal data protection is something we take great pride in.

Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Kentucky, Minnesota, Georgia, Alabama and Wisconsin. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Q: How do you handle back orders?
A: If an item is placed on back order and Gear Frenzy will not be able to ship the item in a timely manner, we will work with you to refund your money or give you store credit.

Q: Do you have a Gear Frenzy catalog?
A: Gear Frenzy does not have a printed catalog, nor is it in our plans. However, we do have some unique online plans coming soon, so stay tuned!

Q: Why can’t I find the product I’m looking for?
A:Gear Frenzy has teamed up with the best in the industry to provide a large assortment of products from top manufacturers. We are currently working very hard to update the site with all the products we have available to us. Please keep checking back as new products will be added daily!
